Condominium Amalgamations

	+ = At AGM, we work closely with condominium corporations and their solicitors to help them achieve financial savings through the amalgamation of condominium corporations. These cost of amalgamation are usually paid back in savings over the 2 to 3 years following amalgamation. We'll ensure you receive new condominium plans depicting the boundaries of the property and location of the units. The new condominium corporation and accompanying new unit numbers will be cross-referenced to the prior condominium corporation(s) and their units, making a smooth transition to savings.
