	Homes are the foundation of our business. AGM provides home builders with a Comprehensive Builder Package to make the project run smoothly. The builder packages include advisory services on issues ranging from zoning and minor planning questions to recommending possible house dimensions for any given lot. The packages also include lot grading (including certification), construction layout for excavation, footing elevation certification, real property reports, grade stakes and final grading certification. We'll help you every step of the way. Once construction is complete, a full final grading certificate will be issued and the lot staked to provide the finished grade elevations.
